Return to DiscussionsNow that the Country Club isn't clothing optional any more, there's nowhere in New Orleans for nudists. There are at least 3 bed & breakfast places that are clothing optional. Two of them have indoor facilities (pool, hot tubs) for winter use. Does anybody have connections at them? Maybe one would be willing to sell day passes or have a membership type "club". There are probably other possibilities that I don't know about.
One thing I've thought of is approaching Indian Hills in Slidell about establishing a New Orleans branch. They wouldn't want to compete with themselves but they could capture business they'd otherwise loose. I haven't thought through this yet but it already seems like a long shot. A B&B seems more likely.
Bayou Allure is a clothing optional B&B that will be opening in Baton Rouge in early 2015. They won't be offering day passes, but will have luxury accommodations for their overnight guests.
