The Magna Carta & US Constitution PROTECT NUDIST LIBERTY
Return to DiscussionsI am Certain, these Practical Protections in Spain, as in all European & AMERICAN Nations under the Magna Carta, are the same Core Constitutional Principles which effectively deter US Courts & DAs from enforcing ANY frivolous inhumane & thus impotent anti-Nudism / anti-Naturism codes statues laws current creating a lot of baseless & inane anxiety & fear among Myopic English Speaking IF NOT Literate *Sheep* in the USA.
Magna Carta is a fundamental document in the history of the common law, inthe United Kingdom, the Commonwealth countries* ( including Liberated India today where Social Public Nudism is protected for Nudist Religious Jains & others ), AND THE UNITED STATES ( USA ) & CANADA documenting the liberties held by free men, it provided the foundation for individual rights in Anglo-American jurisprudence.

After You READ the Spanish [ FEN ] treatise & THE #USgovt Constitution #1stAmendment, since You seem to be familiar with the #2ndAmendment but might have skipped the FIRST ( ? ), let Me know if You have any further questions since BOTH of the aforementioned documents FULLY answer You Question which reflects that You have READ neither docuMENt.

Good Luck & Happy Holy Days!
In regards to the US Constitution, what specifically protects nudist liberty?
I don't know about the Constitution, but the Declaration of Independence states that "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" as inalienable rights. Not legally binding, but a good argument.
