My current roomate might be moving out sometime in the summer (not 100% sure yet if/when) so I might have a spot in Sacramento available. Its a nice size spacious house in a quiet neighborhood with a yard, 3 bedroom place and I work from home so one of the rooms is used as an office/lounge/shared extra space.

I could be interested. I currently live by myself in the Land Park area, but have considering relocating. Hopefully we can meet sometime soon.
