I've "Allowed" my photos to be downloaded, but I'm not sure if it actually works. I can download my own photos, but I'm not sure that anyone else can !!! Can someone try downloading one of my photos and then let me know if it works !!! It seems that the changes here on TN are just a work in progress !!!
