It must be legal going anywhere with the legal minimum of clothing. I generally with conditions not so cold wear just pants and a shirt and that is all, no underwear ever, and nothing on my feet. If a little more is seen, it still is not against laws. We can have our nude living in places including simplicity in living and any sustainability we manage.
