J Jim @BoltEV · Lutz · Nov 7, 2017 Had a good visit with my urologist this morning. She has a strategy to reach our mutual goal of getting Medicare approval and coverage for penile implant surgery. We have to first satisfy Medicare that other options are not effective, and she already has the medical evidence of the ineffectiveness of vacuum pump and ED pills. Next is to try penile injections, then on to the implant surgery, which is the most natural erection with no bad side effects; and, in the long run, is the least expensive.
