I insulated and covered up my hot tub during this extreme cold snap, yet ventured out into the 6* early morning, coffee in tow to enjoy my first soak in four days. The moon, half-full, skies clear with planets, stars, a plane or two and satellites gleaming against the dark backdrop. Silently sitting without the water jetting, I took in the quiet of this early morning. Hopped out after 30 minutes or so, and methodically covered up the tub, braving the cold, still naked to the elements. What a trip~!
