I've visited them both :) 3-4 days would have been enough in Ada Bojana, and you should have planned for staying longer in Kefalonia. It's a beautiful island with many beaches. Oh well, you can go again another time :) I've visited the nudist beach on the left side of Avithos, but I went down there going from Paliolinos beach.
