I have a very nice and very private place, gated, safe, with a lot of sunshine and hot tub outside, and surrounded by bodies of water, for all sorts of boating. My place is also conducive to sunbathing, offering a lot of sunny areas that are – in turn – almost invisible from the street. Lots of indoor and outdoor music. No neighbors. That has contributed to my keeping my last two brain cells together.
