Last year, during one of my visits to my urologist, his nurse, instructed me to remove my pants & undershorts in preparation for an exam. In the course of the conversation I mentioned that I'm a naturist / nudist and am not worried at all about being exposed. She shared that she used to go to a c-o hot springs. She has become very casual - remaining in the room after an exam; I walked across room with only my shirt; I said "I'm not embarrassed... She said 'neither am I'.
