The closest clothing optional outdoor hot springs are a 2 hour drive from home. The first 2 times we made the trip it was too cloudy to see the moon but last night success. We went to Dakota Hot Springs in Penrose, Colorado. It did take a while for the moon to rise enough over the privacy fence to see it but is was beautiful. Smoke from the North and West wild fires made the moon glow red.
