Hey Jeff - Todd here. If you're referring to the photo by the lake...that's out at Hippie Hollow, the only state park in Texas (on Lake Travis, near Austin) with legal nudity. Although it's closed now due to COVID, it's quite popular especially for the major holidays when hundreds of boaters come and tie up offshore for a long weekend of partying!
