Having to deal with back pain, is a real PAIN IN THE ASS ! Though not figurtively in my case. BUTT it is problematic ! I am feeling much better, yet by no means cured - maybe a few more days of rest, ice packs & heating pad; I can return to a beginingers level / of living again
