Wednesday's visit to Dyer Woods in RI was a relaxing. Not many people there given the mid week visit. I would recommend a visit. The only drawbacks for me are distance and cost for a day pass. 3 hour round trip, $20 fuel plus $40 adds up to $60. A drive to The Ledges in comparison, 2:15 drive plus the walk. This adds up to 5 hours travel and $25 fuel. A trade off of time versus cost. Day trips to either place does not work for me.
