I saw where someone posted that their nudism probably began with sleeping nude. That's probably the same for me. I usually took off my nightclothes while I was asleep waking up naked. I think it was just more comfortable. I later found that I preferred to be nude during the day. It's something I kept to myself until getting together with my future wife who is a nudist. It changed my world. My current girlfriend isn't a nudist, but she knows I like to be naked. To respect her it's not something I press.
