Yesterday, January 8th Carl and I had to say goodbye to his dear father affectionately known as Pops! He fell on the 2nd and things went downhill very fast. At 93 he did have a full life and the last 3 months had been challenging for him. Having lost my parents in my early 20's I had known Pops longer than my own parents and so it was like losing my own biological father. Our routine is forever changed and we start a new journey without him. Thankful he had his mind, thankful he enjoyed good health.
