I was able to enjoy some hot springs in the western US last month. Few people participated nude though, it seems that people are opting for the clothing in the clothing optional hot springs. I like to enjoy the springs naked, but not if I am the only one.... it is a bit awkward. I was still able to get a few naked soaks.
