There are a lot of cultural assumptions in our society, like there is a great issue where there is nudity, and people can't handle that, and that to see one another naked is the only real reason any are in a place where another might be changing or showering. In other cultures people just adjust to such and there is no reason to think people where we are would be so different as to be incapable of adjusting to such change. We could have more generally accepted circumstances of nudity in our society.
