While wearing only a skirt and a top does not qualify as being a nudist, when I am out in public and that is all I am wearing, I definitely feel like a nudist even though I don't look like one. But being nude under that skirt has the same freeing feeling of being a nudist. But being able to have that experience when among people who would not accept nudity is a wonderful experience. I especially like it when a breeze blows up my skirt as in my photo. So I am able to enjoy nudity all day even among others.
