Sometime it looks like I sign on to this site a lot. As a routine I check all of my social media and emails when I get up, at lunchtime and in the evening. I also look at them when I am watching TV. Whenever I walk away from my computer, I close every program and open them when I sign back on. Sometimes that is only five minutes on or off.
