Taught one hour spin class tonight. Theme was "Colors". Think "Pink Cadillac" and "Blue Suede Shoes." Yes, crazy fun! Folks like songs they can sing!!! Lifted hour in morning. Enjoying these two workouts a day still. Will rest Saturday nude at Spa. Oh yeah! Namaste, good naked folks!!
