1. It's funny to read all these disclaimers. By law the copyright is held by the artist/photographer and not the model. Say that a friend takes a picture of you and sends you a copy. You were the model in the photo and your friend is the copyright holder. Ergo, you are posting his/her artwork. If the photo is a selfie, then you yourself are the artist and copyright holder.
