I have started a new Group - MANS Men's Active Naked Stretching. I will be posting pictures of different stretches and also pictures of my MANS class plus videos of how to do different Active Stretches. If you are interested in fast, fun stretching that is the most effective I've found, take a look. I encourage members to post their own stretching pictures there as well.
