Lifted this morning. And tonight taught spin class again. Navy Seal took class. Unfuckingbelievable. He nearly broke the bike. Fun! In lockers after, he didn't shower. Giants like him often nude-shy. But, I was nekkid as a jay-bird talking with him about football and fitness. Hey, he beat the crap outta me on the bike, but I'm really good at nekkid!
