I just watched a news report about sun exposure inside a building. It is now suggested that If you're exposed to sunlight inside a house or building with open exposure to the syn you should have use a spf around 30spf. Now that means I can do my nude sunbathing inside my house. So if you're interested in this kind of thing we could easily get tanned. But I would still like doing it around a pool
