I have prostate cancer. It is limited to the prostate (that's good), but it was found in all 13 prostate biopsy core samples (that's bad). I have had afib for decades, had a stroke a year and a half ago and I am 76 years old; so I am not a candidate for surgery. I started androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) almost two weeks ago and it continues for 18 months. Radiation starts in mid-June for a month. Side effects can be fatigue, depression, weight gain, increased cholesterol, loss of libido, and stroke
