As a retired physician who used to do nude physicals when needed, the nude male would occasionally get an erection when I handled their testicles to checked for lumps or masses and their penises if not circumcised and I had to retract the foreskin. A males penis does seem to have a mind of its own at times which may well be related to sexual desires.
