Nudity in public view should not be illegal, and it happens that in some countries in Europe it is not illegal. That is how it should be, and it is good if anyone there does things to normalize nudity in public view. We should have that legal here in the US, while we don't in most places, yet we should do some things to normalize nudity among others, here. It has to be more than just staying at a club or site where others who go there are also nude.
