M Member Jul 24, 2023 Well it’s been awhile since I’ve written a story about my self . I live on my own and practice nudism every day for instance I sleep naked do all my chores .meals ,watching TV ,gardening in my back yard when weather permits ,as it’s winter here my central heating is on most of the time about 22c and I only get dressed when I have too,I love the freedom of no clothes and the sun and fresh air on my body is just amazing ,and it’s a very healthy ,cheers!!
