I’m having issues with certification. It keeps being rejected for “username unreadable” as the reason. I’ve both printed it out and handwritten it in large clear letters. I’ve made sure that lighting was good and that it was as close to the camera as I could get with including everything needed. Could you help me understand what I need to change?
