I posted a couple of months ago about getting a ticket for walking nude and being spotted by a couple of women over 700 feet away. Today was court. The prosecutor and I agreed on $700 fine and no jail time. This will drop off my record in 10 months. The ladies are somehow affected by a rape. They wanted an additional $500 donation to the rape prevention center and a letter be me stating that No means No. I was never near them so this last part was dropped. more...
