Racism has no place here. Strong communities are built on diversity, inclusion, and kindness. I know you are hurting, I know you are frustrated, I know you are angry, I am too. Know that I stand with the Black community. I stand and speak out against racism, to create a world that is smarter, stronger and kinder. We all have a role to play in changing our society for the better and I hope that we can continue to do that with more empathy, courage, compassion, and equality in the future.
