Here in the Northeast it is almost too hot to go boating but i will give it a try. The key is to have a nice breeze blowing across your naked skin or stay in the shade. Or even better, a breeze and the shade. It was so hot i tried sleeping over naked on the deck at the dock (i am at the end of the dock), but the bugs got to me.
