Prostate Cancer Update. My radiation treatment, mercifully, was over almost a month and a half ago and I hoped that side effects would be over as well, but I still continue to take the ADT pills; they have side effects similar to the radiation and they’re not over until October 2025. Those side effects continue the greatest of which are hot flashes and fatigue. To mitigate at least the fatique, I have been one and now am in second regime of exercise programs.
