I had a crisis last night. I was nude, reading in the living room with my wife sitting next to me, fully clothed. I thought that I would make a selfie of us. When I looked into the display, I saw a lovely, mature women and an ugly naked old man, forever past his prime. I'd body shamed myself, I got dressed and stayed that way until bedtime. Do any of you ever doubt your nude self?
