So rudely woken up this morning due to the cat bringing an animal into the house. Once I'd cleared the cat away, released the captured creature (a frog!!) into the backyard, I just stood there and enjoyed the morning sun. It felt so good to be outside in the fresh morning air that I went back inside, made a coffee before sitting back outside and let the morning wash over me whilst the rest of the house were still asleep. I don't have the most private of back gardens but didn't care, so peaceful
