my wife is Korean.... mostly American as she was adopted at 8 months old to very white wealthy parents! Talk about moving on up - from rice patty, to orphanage, to the big leagues!! She doesn't even think she's other than white. However most asians and filipino people think dark skin is a sign of working in the sun and it relates to poverty... guess they don't hangout in nude for fun!!!
