Share your personal connection to nudism with me! Myself, I always covered up in my youth. It was a combination of body shame and religious modesty. But during my college years I really wanted to break out of my shell, I started to feel more comfortable in my own skin. So I took every opportunity to wear less clothes, until I was more comfortable wearing just a pair of underwear or nothing compared to wearing more clothes :-)
