I think you start being a nudist with thinking as nudists do. Our bodies are natural to us and we accept that fully. It is helpful still to go to where other nudists will be, for that. I came to it myself with just getting nudist literature sent to me, this being before internet was accessible. Since internet, it was more easy to have connections, and to get involved with others like us.
