Between Peoria, Springfield, Champaign, Decatur, and Bloomington, you'd think that would be a large enough market to support one. But then again, I made a living with computers and know nothing about real estate, I'd like to give it a try, but am short of cash. If anybody had $50,000 laying around and wants to invest, drop me a line:)
