An interest in good health and physical fitness was my initial reason for investigating the nudist lifestyle. I do have a degree in Adult Fitness and Exercise and have been a daily exerciser throughout my life. When I became a nudist 25 years ago, I quickly realized that the nudist community is more accepting of folks. It's the clothes that separates us.
