The situation of being nude while alone not intending it to be seen is how I have reasoned why nudity should not be an issue, for if it is not wrong when you do that while alone (and why would it be?) why would it be wrong if someone you had no reason to expect came unexpectedly? Why then wrong if another has no problem with it? So there is reasoning that nudity can be acceptable that anyone could see, I think.
