I really hate it when you are chatting with someone and you get a one work response from them. I was taught that it's unacceptable to respond with one word like yes, no, maybe, uh . . . Have we gotten so lazy that we think it's acceptable? Why chat with someone if you don't want to have more than a grunt response? I have gotten to the point where I will end the conversation if it happens more than once. Anybody else find this a problem?
