  omg,i never been to a nude beach i feel i mite get hard and be ashamed even if i am not that big,i feel very sad and shy still showing my small pac hehe? any tips guys?

  This has never been a problem for me, but the only advise I can give on the subject is to: (1) Keep a towel handy to wrap around you if you do get erect,  (2) If you are laying on the beach, just simply turn over so your eraction is not visible & (3) If you are at at a nudist gathering, ignore it, everyone else will, and don't think about it.

  as twobits said the mind control the body, think about anything else, focus your attention on something around you. For me the cold sea here help me alot

  i figure it is a natural reaction and most people won't pay any attention, if they do they must on some level want to be looking so have at it, not my concern. however if ya get a woody probably not a good idea to flaunt it or draw attention to it, just let it come and go.

  i have 3 recommendations in this respect based on my own experience:
  1. do not look at the genital area of other nudists. it helps a lot to forget that they are naked.
  2. begin to play frisbee disk, soccer, volleyball or take a 15-minute swim in cold water. workout will deplete your physical potential and you will have no strength for an erection. furthermore, physical exercises help to forget that you are on a nudist beach.
  3. if the above does not help, masturbate before entering the nudist beach. it is a very efficient remedy against erection for some time.
  anyway, if you have an erection but do not pay attention to it, other nudists will not do it either.
