I'm a 45 year old male living in Denmark, about 1.5 hours outside Copenhagen. My own experience of nudism is my many visits to nude beaches around the world. When I first started going, as a young 20 something, I will admit that it was mostly about exhibitionism for me. I wanted the world to see what nature had blessed me with. Over time and after having matured, I began to truly enjoy the feeling of total freedom of being naked in the sun and my visits to nude beaches became less and less about exhibitionism. While I have gone nude on danish beaches, it has mostly been whenever I have been on vacations abroad that I have loved going nude. As a rule I have enjoyed these experiences by myself but there have been times when I have had company to the beach. After being struck with ME (CFS) it has now been several years since I got to enjoy the pleasures of visiting a nude beach last but I am optimistic about doing so again in the future

You may call me Dan, I live in Amsterdam, the Netherlands for 5 years already. My very first "social"(non-sexual) experience with nudism was with our first naturist guest from Couchsurfing. It was almost the first time (except for very short occasions like in a gym dressing room) when a stranger was in front of me and he had no purpose to have sex with me or someone else (as you may see in a gay sauna for instance).
I also visit nude beaches sometimes, but because communication there is very weak or limited, it is also fine for me but because of tan only, not because I am nude.

Being nude gives me an ultimate sense of freedom. I'm quite well hung (13.5 cm flacid and 19.5 cm erect), but since I wear a wide cock ring I never had problems with too deep penetration anymore. In nudist resorts and on beaches I get curious and sometimes admiring glances from ladies and I am used to occasionaly being asked about the size of my erection. I've been a naturist for about 45 years or so. I don't belong to a club, but I love the beach, Burning Man, and Burning Man regional events, where I can be nude and no one cares. I joined this group on a whim, because my cock is fairly average sized.
It USED to be bigger. I gained a lot of weight in the last 20 years, lost it, and then gained it again. If no one has ever mentioned it, your dick gets shorter when you gain weight. It's anchored to the pubic bone, so when your body expands, your penis stays put.
I'm in the process of losing weight again because my doctor fussed at me and sent me to a dietitian. I've lost almost 20 lbs so far, and I hope to lose 50 in all. I hadn't thought about it before, but knowing that my penis will look longer is kind of encouraging. Maybe after another 30 lbs I will be able to hold my head up high in this group.

From this moment on I explored nude beaches/lakes and also loved to be nude at home when temperatures allow it. What I like most about nudism/naturism is that everybody can be yourself without judging anybody. That also counts for men who have small or large penises. Everybody is unique and must have the opportunity to express yourself without hurting anybody. As for myself I'm very pleased with my body and try to keep fit doing some running and other sports. My penis size is quite regular but I have a friend with a very large penis. For him it has not been easy always to deal with that. I was very shy and modest about my body for much of my life and still prefer not to get naked around anyone I've known for a long time, but because of that I still find it really liberating and exciting to share and talk about my penis with new acquaintances in a nudist context. It's something I never would've thought of doing when I was younger, and it's still not what anyone I know would expect I'd be open to :-) So I'm looking forward to sharing more about it and learning about others' penises and experiences with them as well!
