Hi, i like to excercise naked aswell, much better and far more comfortable than wearing cloths, i have in the past excercise via zoom with a few others which is interesting to share views, comments, and discuss progress.

Jul 28, 2026I have a gym at home and nearly always exercise nude. I just find it more comfortable than working out clothed.

Sep 19, 2026I have barbells and dumbbells in my basement. I always use them naked, it's just more comfortable. I also have an Erg in our sunroom. I use that naked unless it's really cold in the middle of winter. The room is unheated
