Is driving naked an extension of your everyday day anti-clothes freedom feeling all natural way of being or is it the thrill of others possibly seeing you naked (aka exhibition). Totally a broad question and I/We expect that it means something different to everyone.
So our answer?... it just feels natural and more comfortable to be clothes free. The fact we are in our house/backyard, a car/truck/RV /boat, on a beach (our personal fave), a resort or at a pool party just means a different venue for the same desire to be comfortable. For him, hed be happy never to put on another stitch again. And not because its a thrill to see or be seen naked, but because he couldnt care less who he sees or is seen by, its the feel of the wind and sun and freedom. For her, well at first it was to share something with him that he enjoys. Now, its that same feeling he gets... the wind on places that dont normally feel it or the sun. No restrictions of underwear straps or strings, tight skirts or pants. Driving in the car/truck is just like being at home, except were not. And since our windows are dark tinted so you cant see in our cars, its definitely not being an exhibitionist.

I do not remember my first nude drive but I do remember the first long distance nude drive.
I worked for a car rental agency at the time. We had a car that was left in Bishop, CA that had to be brought back to Van Nuys.
This is about 250 miles.
I took a bus up to Bishop, picking up the car around 4:00
I think it was about 15 minutes into the drive when I asked myself why was I still dressed.
I was able to pull over, get my clothes off and back on the road in just a few minutes.
The drive home was comfortable and uneventful.
One other item of note, the car was an AMC Pacer, otherwise known as the fish bowl.ReactReply - JO

Aug 5, 2019I started driving nude as an extension of having been nude already. Remote National Forest area, walking a disused logging road, nude. Get back to the car, and I'm enjoying being nude so much, I don't want to ruin it by putting on clothes yet. From there, it became pushing it longer and longer.
I still would prefer not to be seen.

As the days got longer I went back to driving bottomless. Not ideal but still more comfortable than fully dressed. The main things I hate are feet and thighs being restricted. Wearing a shirt is not the end of the world. However, with the coming of the sun, the shirt came off too. Now I'm at the point where I'm naked for my commute daily. It really is the most comfortable and relaxed way to drive. Even traffic jams (which seem to be more common recently) don't seem so bad naked.ReactReply

I, too, prefer not to be seen and I seem to have achieved that so far by trying to confine my naked driving to quiet country roads and dressing before entering busy places but in spite of that I once found myself obliged to drive naked into a busy town on market day and finally dress in a busy shoppers' car park. On the way in I often had to stop in the narrow streets thronged with pedestrians but I saw no reactions to my nudity.

I enjoy being naked when ever possible. As a passenger I'm often naked. I used to cover up when a high profile vehicle would be close enough to see in. That became too much like work and it took the pleasure out of being nude. Now I usually don't cover up when we pass a truck. My motive isn't to show myself to the truck drivers, I think I'm just comfortable with being nude in front of others. I'm sort of tired of always having to hide my body. I don't understand why the majority of mankind looks at nudity in public as wrong???

On one occasion I drove naked because it was far to sweaty in the car - even with the air-con going full blast.
I had been on a group walk which finished with a refreshing skinnydip and had dressed again when the group did. I needed to go into town on market day to get some supplies and cash from the bank so I started the drive clothed but soon stopped and stripped, intending to dress again immediately before entering town. Unfortunately there was no opportunity to stop so I ended up dressing in the busy supermarket car park after a stop-start drive though narrow streets thronged with pedestrians.

Saturday night would have been the perfect chance to drive home naked as I had to undress anyway - my work clothing was soaked through.
Unfortunately, Mar was in the car and she doesn't like it. Instead I ended up walking through Morrisons in shorts and T :)
My naked commute home continues, and so the journey is much nicer. It was a pity I couldn't do that this morning as my drive in was a nightmare

Nov 16, 2019I spend a lot of my free time in the summer naked, so driving naked in the summer is just an extension of the season. Nothing better on a hot and often humid day or evening than having no A/C and all windows wide open flying down the highway. I used to cover up frequently for larger vehicles, but that gets old. I certainly don't go out of my way to be noticed, but if I am, that's life as a nudist!

I drive between PA and Florida a couple times a year. It a long boring drive. Sitting in clothes and having them cutting in to me was uncomfortable. It started out with me driving without shoes and eventually nude or at least bottomless. I find the trip to be more comfortable, me more alert and I am less tired feeling. Gives me more to concentrate on then counting mile markers. I keep a cover so as to cover up if needed

Today I went surfing which requires a wetsuit at this time of year. When leaving I was in the parking lot and wrapped a towel around me while getting out of the wetsuit which can take some time hence the towel. They have security in the state park I was surfing in and also quite a few women surfers so didn't want to offend anyone or get arrested. Knowing I was going to get in the hot tub when I got home I just jumped in the car and drove home. Still too cold to be nude in the car I did put my hoody back on but made it home with no issues bottomless. Hot tub felt really good after that.

Using these I stop the seatbelt from being tight on me, while still having it tight enough to work correctly in an emergency. Unfortunately I know it works.
