    Wow, lots of stuff in there and a long read but I agree its worth the time. Research is a bit dated but very interesting and thanks for sharing.

    Interesting and certainly scholarly. (The author, Dr. Keon West, received his doctorate in Psychology from Oxford. He has co-hosted Naked Beach, the UK's Channel 4 show on body positivity and self-image.)
