Have gone "Regimental" probably 75% of the hundreds of times I have worn my kilt. Yes, I have also been asked numerous times, by women, what I wear under my kilt.

The best answer I have heard to "What do you wear under your kilt?" is "Shoes."

You'll have another chance to skinny dip in June; check out the Marie Curie website for details of their skinny dip world record attempt, or see the post on the Scotland Today Group on this site.

At last, the weather is improving and things are warming up.  Should be plenty opportunities to get out and about nude and, hopefully, meet up with other nudists - old and new.
