There's an organization that sponsors nude video gaming nights at video arcades. People, mostly singles, go there to play video games, talk and meet other like minded people all while being in the nude. I believe that this is in New Youk City.
I know that nudity is far more open in England and Europe than here in the US. Probably no city government would ever let you have a license to open one up! It is a great idea and would give naturist and nudists a place to go to comfortably nude around other nudists.
I think if there were to be a nude bar, it should be nudity mandatory, NOT clothing optional. Have a clothes check room at the entrance where each person could have a separate locker to put their clothes in on entering the bar. This would eliminate a bunch of clothed gawkers. If your going in, your gonna be naked.
